The Story

2015
Ramon begins his career at a fine-dining restaurant in Orlando, Florida.
2018
Earns Trainer captain credentials. Mastered Food and Wine program across three concepts. (Mexican, Italian, and Steakhouse)
2021
Moves to Miami and worked for Highly known Chef Adrianne Calvo.
2024
Trained in Michelin-starred hospitality and trusted to lead the Chef's Table wine experience at Gordon Ramsay's Lucky Cat.
2026
Launch The Intelligent Server program to help individuals increase their knowledge, gain confidence, and have higher earnings
